But the Israelis are every bit as stupid as they were in 2006, that is the real "lesson" which the Palestinians will learn from all this. Richard Falk, the Special Rapporteur on the situation of human rights on Palestinian lands, said that the UN is committed to protecting civilians who are the victims of grave violations of the international humanitarian laws regardless of the country responsible for those violations.”
